And the saga continues. More oatmeal. This recipe was surprisingly rich and filling!
1/2 cup rolled oats
70g frozen strawberries, chopped (~1/2 cup chopped) (set aside 2 tbps for topping)
1/2oz. cashews (~1.5 tbps whole cashews) (set aside 2 whole cashews for topping and crush)
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
2/3 cup or more water
20 drops Stevia SweetLeaf in Vanilla...
