  • Breakfast: oatmeal with granola, Equal, 1/2 golden delicious apple
  • Lunch: 3c lettuce with balsamic vinaigrette, cucumber slices, & diced chicken; coffee cake, Creamsicle
  • Dinner: chicken tenders with sweet n sour sauce, KIND bar
  • Snacks throughout the day: none :)
  • Water consumed: 85oz
  • Veggie servings: 2/3
  • Fruit servings: .5/2 meep

took a rest day to pack and get work done before break.  low deficit but i’ll take it.  

in >24 hours i’ll be home!  which means i’m close to weighing myself for the first time in .. 2 months?  i’ll do that Saturday morning.  i’m looking forward to it because then i can adjust my BMR / AMR so it’s accurate.  but i’m not excited because i’m not sure what to expect.  low 120s?  high 100teens? 

we’ll see how counting goes when i’m home.  meals cooked at home don’t come with nutrition labels with a black and white calorie count.  and i’ve gotta watch my consumption of baked goods + dough :)
