  • Breakfast: dinosaur eggs oatmeal :3 mini KIND bar
  • Lunch: the most amazing tomato mozzarella panini, big-ass apple
  • Dinner: bruschetta pizza, salad with romaine, spinach, cucumbers, carrots, feta, balsamic vinaigrette
  • Snacks: chocolate chunk nature valley bar, Luna bar, jellybeans, vitamins
  • Water consumed: 57oz (must fill up s00n)
  • Veggie servings: 3/3
  • Fruit servings: 2/2

Exercise: 3.5 mi on elliptical 

Deficit: 507

i wasn’t sure if i should exercise today.  i figured i shouldn’t because i need to get my body back into my routine, which includes a Tuesday rest day.  however, my 3rd class was canceled so i had a lot more time, and came to the conclusion i most likely would not regret excersing today — and i haven’t! :) so i had a light workout.

i tried feta for the first time today.. delish.  can’t wait to top my salads with some from now on :)
