  • Breakfast: oatmeal with 1/4c granola, 1/4 apple sliced in
  • Lunch: salad with cucumber, carrots, balsamic vinaigrette; cherry jello, mini KIND bar
  • Dinner: Asian night in the caf! :3 general tso’s chicken, veggie spring rolls, rice
  • Snacks throughout the day: Luna bar, a few starburst jelly beans, vitamins
  • Water consumed: 69oz so far
  • Veggie servings: 3/3 :)
  • Fruit servings: ~1.5/2

Exercise: 4.1 mi on elliptical 

Deficit: 542 — i’m hungry now so it’ll be lower 

first i/o in 10+ days — not good!  it feels good to be back on track.  the beginning of my workout was tough and i lasted ~90% of what i wanted to, but i’m happy.  it will be fun to look back on my March goals and see how i did.

i have reason to believe this week will be much easier than last.  last week was especially filled with work, which was surprising because it was the first week back from spring break.  this week i have 1 class canceled for tomorrow, 1 is just watching a movie, and only 1 paper due! yesss.  one week at a time.
