whoa, it’s been a while since i posted my intake!  i did not get enough protein today.. or water.  on days i work i tend not to drink enough.  time to chug? heh.  
also time to catch up on Being Human and chill til work tomorrow :)

not much blogging today, my bad y’all.  woke up and cooked oatmeal for mama & me, and later had lunch before working a few hours and for the first time i worked on register.  i was tired after my shift, and hungry :3 tomorrow will be a nice rest day, no work or gym!

i tried the chocolate chip flavor of Pure Protein, good stuff.  i bagged groceries today at work, talk about fast paced.  i’m very content doing that until i get trained for the register, which is hella intimidating. 
today’s breakdown: 
Fat - 17.8% 
Pro - 26.7% 
Carb - 53.9%
i like that shit, not too shabbay.

however, i got 79g of protein, which might be a pr!  and i tried a Pure Protein bar, s’mores flavor.  they were on sale at my grocery store so i got chocolate chip too.  the s’mores was yummy!

my weekends now that i am home have included over-eating. i’m happy with the fact that i worked out today though! :S

upped my intake and just so happened to take my gym routine a little lightly today .. let&#8217;s see how my body reacts to that hmm.  pretty boring thursday.  in one month i&#8217;ll be on vacation :)  so excited!  and pumped to rock my $12 bikini i scooped up at Marshall&#8217;s a few weeks ago.

forgot to add a fruit cup, boo.  good rest day :)  i used Chocolate Covered Katie&#8217;s voluminous oatmeal trick and whoaaa, holy oatmeal Batman!  definitely going to use that in the near future.  maybe tomorrow i&#8217;ll pair it with Justin&#8217;s peanut butter!

i had breakfast for dinner tonight like a champ and discovered my new favorite food &#8212; scrambled egg whites with cinnamon!  sooo gooood.  reminiscing fondly, don&#8217;t mind me.
i got hired for a job today!  so exciting.  i&#8217;ll only get a few hours a week in the beginning, so i&#8217;ll have plenty of time to keep up my gym routine.  when they schedule me for more time i&#8217;ll adjust accordingly.  tomorrow&#8217;s a rest day :)

i had breakfast for dinner tonight like a champ and discovered my new favorite food — scrambled egg whites with cinnamon!  sooo gooood.  reminiscing fondly, don’t mind me.

i forgot my headphones today, so running was pretty much torture for the first 10 minutes before i realized it would take as long as it normally does!  3.6 miles = 3.6 miles whether i have headphones or not.  does it make the workout a lot easier?  hell yeah.
i love caloriecount because of the nutrient calculator.  today i was too high in sodium :x

i joined calorie count back in January but never completed a day (haha!), and for some reason today i chose to start!  we&#8217;ll see how long this lasts, i hope i don&#8217;t get too lazy or forget.  i like that it keeps track of your nutrients :)
